      As great as that would be, we aren’t there yet. Russia is close to national crisis but the point of failure is still months away, assuming everything continues building.

      And we are assuming that any take over attempt succeeds.

      I’ll believe it when he is tied up like a Christmas chicken, and placed on an oversized rotating dinner plate whilst he wriggles futilely trying to loosen the bondages as music to Swan Lake is playing in the background.

      Anything less, I don’t believe.

      If we was ousted, there’s a good chance that he would be replaced by yet another megalomaniac lunatic. Russians are notoriously bad at self-reflection and atonement.

      Note that most people mentioned are against Putin not because he’s waging a war, but because he’s failing a war. They don’t want a war to stop; they want to win it.

      I’d want to read this from a more reputable source than The Sun. Also, the article provides little evidence Putin is ‚one push away from being be toppled‘, just key individuals being pissed off with his communication laws which is understandable but doesn’t mean anyone was about to do anything about it. The Russian people sat on their hands as over 1 million Russians were maimed or killed in a senseless war and the state murdered the main opposition leader, it’s going to take a lot more than internet blackouts for them to find a backbone.

      I will celebrate in the streets when this happens, but until then can we please stop with these articles? All this is is a pure conjecture.

      I wish this was true but sadly i doubt it. You always have to worry whose doing the toppling, will they be worse/more insane??

      He’s always just „one more push“ away. The lad hasn’t gotten to where he is now and stayed there for as long as he has without making damn sure he won’t be toppled. The only thing that’s ripping him away is the Grim Reaper.
