    1. A graph showcasing the partisan/factional affiliation of italian MPs in the various lower houses of Parliament from 1861 to today. The sources of these graphs are all pages listed under [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_general_elections](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_general_elections) . This post is in some ways a sequel to my [previous post](https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/comments/1ry3cq6/oc_german_parliament_composition_from_1871_to/) about Germany. This graph was made with Microsoft Excel, and I would also like to note that it was an absolute pain to do from Tangentopoli and Mani Pulite to today. I am now even more ashamed of my country’s political stability than I was before. Anyway, enjoy!
