Ah, so my brain isn’t lazy it’s just sneakily taking micro-naps while I’m awake. Explains a lot honestly.

those brain waves might be the brain cleaning itself as it wasnt able to clean itself fully in sleep?

ive heard many times people think adhd is actually a sleep disorder because people with sleep disorders experience the same symptoms

Real questions: Does this mean that we are constantly “washing our brain” during that day? (Or whatever it is they are saying now happens during sleep)

  4. Could this be somehow related to the fact that people with untreated ADHD are also at a higher risk for dementia?. I understand that poor sleep is also tied to an increased dementia risk, so could there be a connection?

I would love for somebody with knowledge to chime in.
