It appears the newer munitions they are using on their drones recently are more „one hit one kill“ then in the past.

The recent videos I have observed are russian after russian absolutely shredded into pieces after drone hits.

And the outcome here is what you want when defending. Not a single survivor. Let the invaders have zero hope they will survive. It will cause greater reluctance to press an attack in the first place.
