They are desperate
In and out in 3 days.
Notice how small, independent businesses are screwed over big businesses owned by friends with the respective quotas. Far easier for a big business to get rid of people without having to close.
I double checked this info and it seems true. Might work in a short-term on a battlefield, but it is definitely not good for long-term economy.
Totally normal behaviour from the second most advanced army in the world
The thought of my employer getting to choose whether I like or die is scary to me. However, imagine being the corporate guy who picks which of his coworkers should go die in a meat grinder.
Hahahaha what the actual fuck.
Imagine your boss having to decide who to send into the meat grinder.
I personally know some former bosses that would LOVE this opportunity. Especially if they could have this power over employees they’ve already fired.
Or they could opt to have another one of those revolutions they used to brag about and get rid of the current Tsar………..
Hot new way to get rid of your most incompetent staff.
What’s stopping these people from just quitting from job?
P.S. Are the Russians already being rounded up by military police on the streets, like Ukrainians in Ukraine?
That issue is already being discussed in parliament over there.
Can I pick a colleague to send to Russia? I have someone in mind…
Aw shame that. Next!
Yeah, the boss will identify “volunteers”. Then the government will “convince” them to sign up for service.
Picka picka choo, I choose you!
Nice. Do this in Moscow as well, please.
Stal… I mean Putin’s purges are well underway. We’re carbon copying the 1930’s all over the place.
Dear Comrade,
I hope this email finds you well
Good time to be unemployed… I guess?
Waiting for the Ruzzian press gangs to tour round bars rounding up meat-fodder at gunpoint.
Does it apply to all companies? What about international companies that still do business in Russia?
The boss called me into the office, and for a second, I actually thought I was getting a raise. Instead, I’m headed to war. Definitely the worst day at the office.“
Adversity hire
Lol
3 Days military operation 🤣 It’s going 👍🏼
Hopefully Russia does not come back from this. They are a giant fkin thorn in the side of the whole world. I know I know, they are not the only ones, but still.
That’s as good an indication as you could have that things aren’t going well. Hmmm.
so, mobilization in other words
Is this not a classic „decimation“?
🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣. Coming soon to an American town or city near you as well 😂🤣😂😂😂
I’m glad I’m not in Russia because my boss fucking hates, he’d absolutely send to the meat grinder
nothing motivates like a quota from the top
Wonderful. This will further tank the RuZZian economy.
Performance reviews just got more spicy.
