      People saying they cancelled this because of the May comeback come off a bit naive.

      Man I had a ticket to this and it was gonna be my first time seeing a kpop group after 6 years of being a fan. Bummer.

      Would’ve been so cool to see the five of them together, given Lia wasn’t with them when they first came here in 2024 🙁

      NZ barely gets anything so feel sorry for them 🙁 The last show went ahead so wondering what was different this time.

      Were the ticket sales that bad? Cause Sydney and Melbourne sales look pretty awful

      Probably a Venue thing. I don’t think this was ticket sales or a VISA issue.

      We’ve had a little stretch of groups having one stop in Auckland again but seeing a group like ITZY pull out has me concerned New Zealand is about to go back to the days of 0 tours.

      Yeah, got the text about this and hoped it might be a late April Fool’s joke. Alas, it’s real.
      The thing that really pisses me off though is the lack of explanation. We’re at least owed a reason for the cancelation, and „unforeseen circumstances“ just doesn’t cut it.
      Does anyone know if they’re likely to re-schedule to a later date? Was (and I guess still am) flying out for this one, so I’m pretty bummed out.

      So devastating! Some friends and I are coming up from christchurch and hoping someone will organise a kpop event then so we can all do something that day at least 🥲

      I took a look into tickets a day or two ago – can confirm that it was pretty close to a Sellout. Albeit, there were still a noticeable number of Floor spots remaining.

      I got the impression that there were quite a few premium tickets still available – otherwise, the sections that weren’t fully sold out had only 1-3 seats left. Looking like it was gonna be a packed house, and still a month in hand to sell out fully

      Unless its natural disaster or actual tragedy, there’s never real „unforeseen circumstances“. It’s just fancy word for low ticket sales
