  1. Damn straight.  I do all of these things (well, I don’t protect my plants, I share those, but I will shoot you if you don’t ask first).

    They’re coming maurice!

Where did you put the guns?

Mairice visibly baked, beings to panic flamboyantly…

I’m pretty sure Ohio qualifies for this as well. We have legal cannabis, stand your ground laws, & LGBTQ weddings aplenty.

  4. I think NH is incorrect. You can’t grow for recreation but if the hypothetical gay couple were in a licensed ATC (alternative treatment center) they can grow marijuana for people prescribed it. So hypothetically it could still be legal for a gay couple to use rifles to protect their legal grow operation.

All other cultivation is illegal in NH I believe.

  5. This is wildly out of date for the U.S., a lot more states now fit these parameters

  6. Because cannabis is still federally illegal in the US, you cannot legally own a firearm and possess cannabis at the same time. It’s illegal everywhere in the US still

I’m surprised that New Hampshire hasn’t legalized weed yet. So much for Live Free or Die.

Guns in Mexico are so restricted the entire country has only two stores where you can purchase them. In Canada handguns have been illegal to purchase for 3 years and they’ve been pushing a massive gun confiscation program estimated to seize 2 million weapons if implemented. The legislation has already passed, but fears of mass noncompliance have resulted in them constantly pushing back the actual implementation.
