Life in prison for using a bathroom, brought to you by a political party whose leader and President rapes little girls, among myriad other egregious crimes, and has faced zero justice for any of it.

    2. Novel_Quote8017 on

Shitting yourself has officially become more safe than using any given toilet in Idaho.

it’s a fucking PICTOGRAM. jesus fucking christ.

cis lesbians who present masc, cis men who present fem, cis women who don’t present „feminine enough“ or cis men who don’t present „masculine enough“ will now be subject to genital inspections and felony fucking charges for existing alongside trans people who just. want. to. take. a. fucking. piss.

    4. I am just about 50, and I haven’t seen anyone’s genitals in a public bathroom ever. How are people wasting time, money, and energy on shit like this and how are voters supporting it.

    5. Meanwhile billionaires from the USA get no punishment for raping kids.  Par for the MAGA course.

Is there some kind of metal poisoning going on in Idaho or some undiscovered Prion damaging their brains? They are getting weirder and weirder as time goes on.

Republicans obsess about this disenfranchised demographic to disingenuously make themselves feel better about their Pedo-in-Chief.

Washington should close the border to Idaho. I’m sick of them shooting themselves in the foot and coming across the border for services.

(Obviously granting asylum to anyone who needs to flee from Idaho)

    9. while third way democrats are advocating for the party to leave trans issues behind, trans people suffer increasing attacks on our ability to exist in society from republican controlled governments.

    10. Si1verange1 on

I’m guessing trans predators in bathrooms are like voter fraud – virtually non-existent, and when they do exist, they are republican guys at red state truck stops or something.

Keep in mind that Idaho is in the 9th circuit court of appeals, which includes all the blue states on the west coast.

Even if they did manage to impose a life sentence it would immediately be appealed, and the higher courts aren’t packed with barbarian zealots.

This atrocious law is mostly for public humiliation and throwing red meat to the voters.

    12. BanhammersWrath on

Public urination carries a lesser sentence guess pissing in the streets is back on the menu in Idaho.

    13. I’ve seen a lot of super passing trans men. I wonder how these little would feel to have them all start using the female bathrooms? Under this law they would legally have to.

    14. symphonicrox on

And with a straight face they’ll claim they’re the part of small government.

Someone I work with looks 100 like a dude. These „Christian“ fascists want to send him to prison for using the men’s room when nobody would even know. The police would come if he went into the ladies room. This is utterly un-American and inhuman.

    16. life in prison for using the bathroom…

we are no longer a serious country

    17. Republicans literally that fucking weirdo in the bathroom commenting „Nice cock bro“.

    18. AaronBasedGodgers on

Idaho has been doing it’s best to join West Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana in crazy GOP land these past few years huh

MAGA war on Trans is war planed this election. All American citizens are affected by Hating communist Christians. Tax The Churches.

    20. Any time anyone says or has said in the past „trans people are unfair in sports“ or „trans people are predators in bathrooms“ or even „trans people are mentally unwell“, congratulations, you have participated in and encouraged the genocide of trans people that Republicans are now gleefully carrying out in several states.

Absolutely, Republicans are to blame for this. But so is every chickenshit Democrat who refused to protect trans people when they need it most.

    21. Oh, I can’t wait for all the „enlightened“ centrists to try and tell me that it’s not a genocide, when they are literally trying to exterminate trans people off the face of the Earth with shit like this.

    22. „What are you in for?“

„I murdered a dozen women. You?“

      „I used the women’s bathroom.“

And you wonder why nobody really wants to visit the US anymore…

I’m Canadian. I’ve emailed my MP (Member of Parliament – similar to a House rep) to suggest that we implement a special refugee visa for LGBTQ+ people needing to flee the madness, the persecution and the bigotry, in the US.

Postibg this to encourage my fellow Canucks to do the same. 🇨🇦

The Nazi’s prioritized killing in the death camps even as they lost the war.

But the Epstein class still roam free… sort your shit out America, it’s embarrassing to share a continent with you.

    26. This is abhorrently evil, and somehow also ridiculously stupid. LIFE IN PRISON for a non-violent crime of any kind is already insane, but a crime that effectively does not exist is enough to make this ridiculous in an ordinary place. This is purely and soley for the goal of eradicating trans people. There is a genocide happening in our own country.

So if I’m at a restaurant without my wife, I can’t bring my daughter into the men’s room?

    28. General_Alduin on

Life in prison? Seriously? We’ve got child rapists in the highest positions of power, but throwing trans people into prison for something so completely minor is a far better use of our time

    29. captainsteamo on

Trans woman here. I’m not one to normally ask something like this of people, but: This is the time for ALL of you cis people to take a stand and NEVER give Idaho a single dime until the state decides they want to stop being a fascist hellscape. Not that a dime is even a meaningful amount of currency anymore, but that’s another issue…

This is an effective ban on being out in society for trans people (including working and going to any public event.) Because whatever bathroom one uses will get them in trouble.

That is beyond cruel and unusual punishment. The entire GOP needs to be sucked off the face of the Earth and tossed into outer space.

    32. But if you do horrible things too kids on a private island, you get to be President 2x

    33. DustyBootstraps on

Billionaires get to r@pe and eat kids with no consequences and trans people get life sentences for going to the bathroom.

      American excellence at work.

    34. Another reason to avoid Idaho. Not that I’m trans, this is abhorrent way to behave. Ain’t no hate like Christian love.

    35. akneebriateit on

Ah yes. Using a bathroom when you’re transgender deserves life in prison. Pedophiles deserve to hold office. Got it got it
