      How about working on reducing the minimum number of units (currently 75!) for coops to access federal funds in the construction of new builds.

      I hope he presents him with a map of Ontario and reminds him he governs a province that extends beyond the borders of highway 7, Oshawa, and Etobicoke.

      Doubt it. To accelerate homebuilding we need the Province to do it’s fucking job and override their NIMBY councils that refuse development. They need to force open the zoning laws to start allowing proper as-of-right density. Then they need to go after NIMBYs by putting in place blocks so they can’t take projects to court for simply existing.
