      Ladakh is almost half buddhist half Muslim.

      in JK, Kashmir valley is more than 90% muslim, Chenab Valley 60% muslim and Pir Panzal almost 70-80%.

      Duggar districts are 60-80% Hindu.

      Does those percentages mean, out of 100% of the museum population suppose 20% live in that particular state, or it means 20% of that state is overall populated by the Muslims?

      There is a conflict in every state where the majority is above 20 around 20.
