      It is not Iran Gaurds. IRGC stands for Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. There is nothing Iran in it.

      Attacking the American Universities in Kuwait won’t have that much impact to the economy, but the issues is that they are in residential areas.

      I would say that it is a war crime and really immoral , also there is no value whatsoever targeting a place like that where only the innocent students will suffer but I don’t think irgc cares. I know the US hit a school but it could be a one off accident ( still should be condemned nonetheless). Let’s not make that usual. People are not motivated enough for boots on the ground but doing things like this will just make up for that lack of motivation.
