      I want to see cooperation between the provinces and the federal government first and foremost. However, I’d also like to see Smith step back on the constant anti Ottawa rhetoric. Unless she wants to be a federal mp. And champion Canada.

      I’m sure Smith and Carney are trying to ram this thing through ASAP behind closed doors. They want to get the ball rolling on oil and gas projects as quick as possible.
