Da ich bezweifle, dass es sich tatsächlich um eine Uhr eines ehemaligen Präsidenten handelte, dachte ich, ich wende mich an Reddit, um zu sehen, ob ich einen Einblick bekommen könnte.

That watch is probably a commemorative watch given out by the presidential office. Kim Young Sam was president of South Korea (official name Republic of Korea) from 1993 to 1998. It probably has a standard quartz movement from that time. It looks to be in pretty good condition for a watch pushing 30.

Yup! The watch was most likely given to a person by the president, my grandfather had one.
