Noah Krieger (Murad Dadaev), Mitglied der Partei Alternative für Deutschland, reiste nach Tschetschenien und brachte als Geschenk einen Luftwaffendolch mit einem Hakenkreuz mit.
Er traf sich mit örtlichen Beamten, nahm an einer Parlamentssitzung unter Beteiligung von Ramsan Kadyrow teil und aß mit Zamid Chalaev zu Abend, einem Kommandeur eines Strafregiments, das mit außergerichtlichen Tötungen in Tschetschenien in Verbindung steht.
Murad Dadaev ist bereits zuvor in Ermittlungen aufgetaucht: Er steht in Verbindung mit Kadyrows engstem Kreis, und sein Bruder Suleiman Dadaev steht in Verbindung mit der Führung eines tschetschenischen Oppositionellen in Europa.
