How will they enforce it with encroaching on privacy of millions of 16+ users?

makes sense on paper but how will this be enforced and implemented?

if it requires everyone to submit and verify their ID with their accounts then it’s just enabling easier surveillance

You know what’d be better?

If they could install a block when the students are using school wifi connections, and conditional blocks for all those under 18 (a lot easier to do than in, say, the US, Canada, or EU).

I don’t want them blocked from messaging their friends or visiting most websites at home (though if their parents do, not much to say).
