Why is this guy allowed to do this? This guy is just getting ready to do the same thing in November and take the same amount of ballots again, right?

The first batch didn’t show any fraud. He had to go for a second batch to look for evidence.

Why the fuck is no one arresting this asshole? Have we just completely given up on all semblance of rule of law?!

Couldn’t the AG just press charges, issue a warrant, and force his own deputies to arrest him?

It’s bonkers that CA is allowing this guy to run willy nilly. Surly there is something that can override the ridiculous warrant and someone can do something about this rogue sheriff. Really bonkers they are allowing him to do this and no emergency order or arrest or such is coming.

Sheriff in Riverside. Let us get specific. Because it makes a difference.

    7. The right wing has big problems with following laws, but no problems with telling us that we must comply with their demands. Rules for thee….

    8. He’s part of the Constitutional Sheriff’s movement, which purports that the County Sheriff is the supreme legal authority in their county, and can override state and federal law.

      > Mr. Bonta petitioned the court to halt Mr. Bianco’s investigation

Bianco is not conducting an investigation because he does not have the authority to conduct an investigation on this. What the fuck is going on??? Someone arrest this guy already???

    10. We have a massive problem in this country with people that attain positions of power and then fail to do their jobs out of self interest. You see this everywhere in government now. Everyone wants all the perks of these offices but none of the consequences of performing the duties of the job.

Then you have a minority of people that seem to have realized this and just do whatever the fuck they want as the only people with the power to stop them fret over pissing somebody off.

Were you aware you could just ignore Attorney Generals? That’s news to me. But here we are.
