      Airlines need to be slapped around by the government. They have been to greedy for too long, and get away with murder (some literally) while treating customers like trash.

      We flew WestJet flight 620 from Calgary to Toronto on March 21st, and it is easily the worst flying experience I’ve had in 20+ years of air travel.

      The conditions on that plane were nothing short of inhumane. The legroom was so cramped that passengers were fighting with each other, when the real problem is the airline that packs people into a metal tube for 4hrs like human sardines.

      WestJet cares about their bottom line, not about you or your wellbeing.

      We required the basic requirement for passengers (minimum space, number of toilets, number of flight attendants, compensation for passengers if flight is delayed….).
      Personally, I do not fly anymore because all this deregulation mess out there.
