      I think we’re far more likely to become a nation state equivalent of the French family in Apocalypse Now.

      I mean as long as we’re denouncing Iran for the crime of *getting attacked* I doubt much of the world will take us seriously. We are exhibiting the same double standard as the United States and thinking we would be a „same world order“ without a hint of irony about it.

      We are the smallest country in the G7 by any measure except area. We do seem to be the most connected by trade deals, but that makes us a kind of Switzerland, not a superpower.
