      Look, I’m going to preface this by saying that I hate that this is happening, this war is illegal, and the US government has failed its citizens by not stopping it and getting rid of Trump.

      If you’re going to do something, Trump, just fucking do it already. We’re all so fucking exhausted with the blathering you do on a daily basis.       So another 10 days where the Strait of Hormuz will be closed for almost all ships. On April 6 Trump will extend the pause for another 20 days. And so on. And no ceasefire in sight.

      So the GOP polls must be terrible and there’s pressure on Trump to walk back comments and actions until they think they can gamble solider’s lives on some kind of outcome. This isn’t about peac with Iran. It’s about trying to thread the needle on midterms especially if the voter suppression bill can’t get passed. Most likely that’s starting to poll terriblly as well, and the voting projections showing his core who would get suppressed as well i addition to those splintering off because of the economy (and maybe shooting Americans) is calling in doubt the Nov outcome. Doesn’t help you have a cabinet that isn’t selling any of this corruption in a believable way, and the exposure on inside trading is pretty bad. Oh and Pete calling for a religious war isn’t helping.
