Putin’s only source of money is effectively sanctioned by Ukraine. The Baltic ports are burning, the far smaller ports in the black sea have been hit several times as well. There’s really pinot many options left to export oil out of Russia.
Now Ukraine shuts down Russian black sea traffic the same way the Russians tried to close the black sea for grain transports. Difference is, Ukraine is able to control Russian marine traffic without a navy, while the rest of the once so proud Russian black sea fleet are hiding in the ports.
