      Really?
      For NASA, a $20B base would be a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unfurnished structure.
      No parking. No plumbing

      Satire and cynicism aside – that budget seems low.

      How heck they going afford this? They had kill all their other projects just to attempt funnel money to this thing.

      Don’t get me wrong, I like idea of moon base. NASA needs money, but I don’t think it’s getting it. That’s IF Congress let’s them totally change.
