      Shutting down internet access is step one in a dictatorship when it is expecting mass social unrest.

      Ukraine just reported they annihilated their entire spring offensive in 3 days. And Ukraine just hit a major oil refinery 1000km away. Putin is not having a good day and is trying to block the bad news.

      Right now, Russia is airing news programs that talk about how great it is to be free from the internet.

      This is the clearest signal it’s getting worse for Russia to me, rather than all those BS hopium articles on Putin’s health, hearsay of people turning against him etc.

      I don’t think it came to their scenario during the shutdown, but something had them spooked and I’m not sure it was about the drone attacks alone.

      Sounds like it’s not over either and there’s some sort of social unrest scenario that still concerns them.
