      Wow. The worst minister of the past decade considered a good idea.

      I guess a broken clock and all that.

      Yeah, but didn’t right? Like everything this individual has done – failure to execute. How has Carney kept this individual in cabinet is a mystery to me. An individual who has failed at every ministry he’s led.

      Are we really mad at Fraser not using the notwithstanding clause? Really? I was mad when Pierre mentioned it, I was mad when Doug mentioned, and used it, I was mad when Trudeau used the emergencies act. I’m glad he didn’t use it. This is a slippery slope.

      What stops anyone from using it on the future good, or bad? I am NOT against him using it for this specific instance. But I worry to what ends he, and many politicians, will go to.

      The MANDATORY minimum penalty was removed because it was forcing judges to sentence CHILDREN for having nudes of their boyfriend/girlfriend.
