      Used to watch CBS News, 60 Minutes and Sunday Morning quite frequently. I have completely stopped due to the right-wing buyout and foxification of that network. Enjoy last place you ghouls.

      I got in a Twitter argument with him a few years ago due to his one sided segments on the morning show. His excuse was he talks to regular people because apparently non MAGA aren’t regular people.

      Because MAGA fans don’t want decency, and non MAGA fans see right through it and want nothing to do with MAGA.

      You can’t class up MAGA; MAGA is just unrelenting hate and vitriol.

      I refuse to even click on a CBS news story any more. Once Colbert is gone, there’s absolutely no reason CBS enters my mind any longer.

      CBS was the gold standard for news for many years with Edward R. Murrow, and Walter Cronkite and then 60 minutes. It is sad to see what has happened to their news division.

      He does suck. I’ve watched and he has no on screen charisma and you can tell when he is reporting based on what Bari Weiss told him to say.

      Very similar to Bezos with the Post. Traditional metrics of success aren’t relevant or the point.

      The average person who watches mainstream news wants at least the appearance of being non-partisan. And MAGA only wants to watch pure propaganda where Trump is presented as a patriotic genius. You can’t be both things.

      I just wish ABC morning news would do better because right now it feels like I can’t watch CBS morning news and ABC is just fluff piece slop.

      So trying to appeal to a segment of viewers (Trump Trash) who are brand loyal so they don’t care and at the same time alienate core viewers who want nothing to do with MAGA maggots, the talent then leaves been filled with hacks who further cheapen the brand.

      At this point the only broadcast TV ppl I trust to lay it all out so I can make best decisions based on best available evidence is them blokes at Frontline.

      The domino’s started to fall while back, but once Steven Colbert show was cancelled, the house of cards has crumbled. Nobody with a brain is turning to a controlled channel to please the dictator.

      Kimmel, CBS, Colbert. They tried.

      But imagine how many fewer lunatic GOP candidates we would have if we took Fox off the air. We need to mirror their actions back at them, they opened doors, opened permission structures, and have given us a reason to step through them.
