This need to be active program with high rewards for people who leak the information.
Money + UKR passport + whatever else is need it.
Just one person like this can make a difference in millions and millions of damage as well resources saved vs destroyed.
Ukraine would be wise to not tell on their informants. Just gather the intel, destroy the enemy and keep sources safe, so that new defectors are not discouraged.
This is why conscription doesn’t work. You have a much higher chance of having people like this in your ranks.
