      It shows Urfa at 16.9% in red, but that’s still a minority. Everywhere across Turkey it’s very low now; eastern regions just lag slightly behind the west, and the gap is shrinking each year.

      If nothing else this is an argument for Turkey to let their Kurds secede and amalgamate with the Iraqi and Iranian Kurds so they at least have the option of marrying 4th & 5th cousins. Just say’n.
