  1. Average is meaningless given the amount of obscenely rich people (billionaires) in some countries

  2. Where is Malta, Slovenia, Portugal, Luxembourg and some others shown? What year? What source is it?

    Not saying the numbers would divert from other sources big time, just inquiring.

    Where is the data from, is it median or average, from which year? Plenty of countries with no nubers or even missing. Sorry, this is not mapporn but mapshit…

    Without PPP this is meaningless, e.g. UK and Italy have a similar GDP per capita PPP.

  5. It’s 850e in Bosnia for example, Croatia is at 1500 so this is probably 2-3 years old

  6. There’s no way that’s the average in the UK.
    There’s far too many people on minimum wage.

    A really interesting map to make off of this data would be the average net salary as a ratio of the „average market cost“ of a 2br Apartment/housing cost in each of those countries.

  8. I would like to see the median income. It’s too skewed by the super rich. 

  9. Estonian number is incorrect. The current average net salary is almost 1,900.
