Seems they do this new study a lot. I’ve heard this so many times. I believe it though. It certainly helped me.
Does „rewiring the brain“ always result in a desirable outcome? What if it rewires my brain and I decide I don’t love my kid anymore?
That was a pretty literate title, until the word „Serotonin“ was capitalized.
It will rewire it, it may or may not be what you want it to be and is likely hard to reverse
