      It also probably doesn’t help that a lot of the current ICE agents *weren’t capable of passing ICE’s open-book exam*. They’re the bottom of the barrel in terms of quality.

      Consider this: the cleaning staff will be mostly absent once ICE shows up. Unless they have ICE cleaning the bathrooms I would not want to visit an airport anytime soon.

      It’s kind of funny how trump is using ICE, the very thing democrats are holding DHS funding over, to try and draw attention/fix the TSA/DHS funding issue. Maybe it could work, or it could blow up in his face

      I expect this will cause more people to become anti ICE because people who could previously ignore them will now have their own negative encounters.

      They have no idea wtf they are doing either. Just watch Tom „cash bribe“ Homan’s interview from this morning on CNN, it is like he was told about this 2 seconds before the interview. This will be a mess if it happens, mostly due to incompetency in leadership and it will lead to confrontations with airline passengers and ICE, especially if ICE are wearing masks in airports.

      Honestly, this is an excellent development. Instead of separating immigrant families, they are going to sit around and do nothing at the airport. Maybe they’ll show up masked with guns and everyone who goes through the airport will have to see that, confront that fear, and realize how insane it is. Meanwhile, air travel prices are going to go through the roof because of what Trump’s War has done to the oil market.

      Let everyone who travels experience Donald Trump’s combination of incompetence and brutality firsthand.

      He always manages to make even his side uncomfortable for his personal gain. In just the last weeks, the shoes are a hilariously bad boss example as is this. He shows that NO ONE else matters. Being Republican is a small advantage as we are all not him.

      This is a potato farmer situation but with security personal. ICE will have no clue how to provide security in a functional manner. People are going to be hurt at best, and crisis and tragedy are bound to happen.

      And they will blame democrats.
