      Misleading title. He said they WILL help TSA, but not with stuff ICE isn’t trained for such as reading baggage scanners.

      This just says they won’t assist with airport security. Doesn’t mean they won’t just stand around intimidating or assisting with non-airport security aka homeland security religion/race checks.

      I found this post title misleading, the article says ICE will be at the airport, just not looking at the x-ray machines „because they’re not trained for that“ – (tho I don’t think that’s stopped them from doing whatever they want)

      So the TSA agents will now need to babysit the illiterate, trigger happy, dumbfuck ICE agents on top of their regular jobs, while making up for the ones calling out sick (understandably so), all while not getting paid.

      Title they chose is misleading. They will be in airports monday, just not doing TSA jobs. So not actually helping the staffing issues, just doing the same intimidation tactics
