    Welches Brot bevorzugen Sie?


    Ich aß mein Mittagessen und fragte mich, welches Brot jedermanns Wahl ist. Meins ist Volksoren, nichts Besonderes. Immer vom örtlichen Bäcker, nie aus dem Supermarkt.

      Vandaag een boeregrofke ma merendeels afwisselend met vitaplusbrood of iets zot

      at our local bakery we have quinoa bread and it’s really nice, it’s a bit stretchy so it doesn’t create holes when you make bokes met choco. also it just tastes great and isn’t just default wit/grof bread.

      I make my own, so depends what mood I’m in. Currently going for a sojabrood (partially volkoren with soja added to the flour).

      Mine is from Goossens, much darker / more fibers or the Averbode from Delhaize.

      I do make „smoskes though . So add (been)hesp and bit of mayo + some cherry tomatoes.

      I bake my own, usually using flours „Waldkorn“ or „Volrogge“, something „sourdough“ from AVEVE.

      Het rond volkoren uit de automaat aan het tankstation hier vlakbij, maar dat is altijd als eerste uitverkocht. Het lang grof uit de automaat aan het station is 2e keuze in dat geval.

      Maar geen enkel brood kan echter tippen aan het zuurdesem dat mijn vriendin regelmatig bakt, uiteraard…

      Every time I get a loaf of bread I make sure it’s different from the previous one 🙂

      For spécial days: a artisanal sourdough, thickly sliced, with butter and sea salt

      Everyday bread: volkoren (also local bakery) with cheese/ thinly sliced chicken breast with hummus/ cream cheese with herbs or a white farmers bread with fried eggs

      Anders: iets van de versbakkerij van de carrefour, liefst ook met desem.
