    Same as wolt and food panda. just inject a ton of money into first discounts and ads then watch as customers switch back to demae or Uber again. No brand loyalty and no new business model means these are dead in the water.

    Fortunately for the services this is Japan. They can just reduce wages and then tell the delivery people they „aren’t allowed to quit.“

    working for delivery apps in Japan is horrible.
    You make like 1000yen per hour on average, which less than minimum wage.
    I knew a japanese guy that told me he likes to delivery to US military bases because 1 in 2 tip like 50% lol.
