    I had always heard that Smith became the most common last name, as smiths weren’t traditionally conscripted for battle, therefore survived history’s wars at a rate no one else did

    North America does not extend south of Mexico.

    You can’t count Canada as a whole here. Québec at least must be counted separately.

    Québec is complety différents from Canada. The most common last name is Tremblay. Not Smith

    What’s the point of colour coding them if you can’t see half the colours

  6. Where the hell is purple, blue and pink? If they’re not there in the map, why add them in the legend?

    It’s funny but I never meet any Smiths. I honestly can’t think of anyone named that.
