  1. between this, his condemnation of Hegseth making the Iran invasion a holy war, and his calling out Thiel having a secret speaking event about the anti christ in Rome, I’m curious when Trump will revoke Leo’s US citizenship.

Watch the so-called „Catholics“ in the US denounce the Pope, who is according to their own beliefs, the Vicar of Christ…. who is supposed to have *the exact same power and authority that Jesus Christ had over the direction of the Church.*

  3. for this to morally work, you need to also ban healthcare from being a for profit industry.

Well, guess I’m a catholic now(again). I demand my government provide me Healthcare. Failure to do so infringes on my freedom of religion.

Wanting to dream about good things for everyone is communist and totally not doable because that is what the Rich says and we should totally trust them at their word.

Also lets start wars everywhere and make everything more expensive, that seems like a great idea!

Pope leo needs to summon Vance to the vatican and play that MF like a puppet.

Vatican might be getting on the list of countries to be liberated, maybe after Cuba

Why isn’t Jesus around healing everyone for free? Come to think of it, why isn’t God preventing us from getting sick in the first place?

With all the money and influence the Vatican controls they are more than capable of setting up non-profit hospitals around the world that provide free healthcare for anyone who can’t afford it out of pocket, to be balanced out by the massive network of Catholic donors.

No! Let us pray instead.. or is it prey?

I don’t want universal healthcare. When I’m bedding down in my car at night in the Walmart parking lot, I want to know that my government is protecting me from little school girls in Iran, and that Israel can continue to genocide people with impunity.

    /s that shouldn’t be necessary, but y’know…

Perhaps if the Catholic Church did not systematically cover up the rape of children by their clergyman their moral imperatives would carry some authority.

  12. And people were worried about he’d be right wing. Mind you, you could argue that a strong welfare safety net is a very old conservative idea.
