      Who would have thought putting a regime on existential threat would result in them trying to damage the regional and global economy dominated by the petro $?  So baffling. 

      Should probably push for more security guarantees by the US for having the largest US base in the middle east there.

      Considering Qatar is pseudo-enemy of Israel, this is a big win for Israel. Israel hurts their main enemy (Iran), and in response Iran hurts another Israel enemy.

      It seems Iran is achieving more of its goals than Israel is.

      Europe in particular must rebuild its energy market, that’s currently heavily dependent on the whims of natgas prices and very expensive

      I feel we are getting closer to a moment when one or more Gulf countries will start retaliating against Iran. From the logical perspective it would be perfectly reasonable at this moment but it’d also mean that clock definitely goes backwards in the Middle East. It could mean decades of prolonged instability in the region and likely a major downfall of strong regional economies like Qatar and UAE, making them closer to US and Israel but also under major threat from Iran for decades to come.

      Really my dude? And how many „brotherly“ Syrians did the Iranians and their proxies massacre for years on end, regardless of the month of the year?
