      As they should. There needs to be a limit on this. That documentary was scary to watch.

      Might have been a hard situation, but it seems like the judge has the situation well in hand. Quite a sticky situation all around.

      I read TFA but have not seen the doc (maybe someone who has can talk about what it shows) but some folks I’m close with needed to use donor sperm to get pregnant. They told me that because sperm donors cannot be paid in Canada there are basically none leading to either 1) lots of ppl using the same Canadian donor (what they did) or 2) seeking donors from abroad.

      That is repulsive that a clinic would ever reuse a donors DNA even a single time. Dissolve that clinic.

      I don’t really get the issue. The plaintif is saying that the father’s sperm donations cause their child harm because it raises the chance of inbreeding? I mean just take a test before getting pregnant if that’s your worry

      I agree with the judge especially given what it notes about possibility of inbreeding. 😬
