      Why in hell did the government let this blatant fraud go on for so many years. Liberals will never fix this.

      Just a friendly reminder that the Liberal government still does not require international students to submit police background checks for student visas. Now before someone smart ass pipes up saying they can bribe their way to one, then I say that we should not allow any one in from countries where this kind of fraud is rampant.
