      These few and I mean very infinitesimally small defectors need to be treated like scientologists leaving the cult. Yes, your reasons for following a fraud should be examined, but take this time to look into every decision you base your personality on. Are they from the same people? The ones who told you Trump had the answers? It’s time to do some soul searching and start by leaving the people who got you to follow blindly.

      I’m not gonna bother agreeing with you. It feels enabling at this point. You guys genuinely believe if a democrat disagrees with you it’s “persecution.” I think it’s a church thing. You love that others are bothered by the hateful rhetoric. The stripping away of protections and benefits for minority groups, the rise of bigotry into common practice. Glad you feel bad about gas prices though.

      Every Fox segment yesterday was the host telling us why Trump was right to attack Iran and this war is for America. Give it a couple weeks. They’ll get all these folks right back in the Trump train. Once they can get a few TikTok influencers on board too, to tell you that prices aren’t bad – just drive and eat less, oh, and check out this cool dance move – they’ll return to full support. Every. Time.

      That Trump voter has him for another 2.5 years too. Unless they back impeachment. Damage is done and accumulating but removing him early might keep us from the worst case scenarios and give us the chance to start climbing out of the holes this president keeps digging.

      Yeah the thing is that they will keep voting R every election cycle because they’re fixated on the notion that Democrats will tax them out of a paycheck and the house they live in.
      One of many talking points along with 2A, trans, religion, etc. It’s crazy bc it can be all or just one of these subjects that keep people afraid and continuing to vote Republican, the gas prices can be easily forgiven and forgotten with these folk.

      It’s fucking infuriating that a matter as relatively small as fucking gas prices is enough to sway these people. Tells me how little they care about most of the issues.

      And yes I’m aware of how much gas prices affect, thank you, I’m saying it’s a relatively small thing in a grand big picture point of view.
