why after all these years of investigating police corruption, do these criminals get to resign instead of facing charges? Why is this still allowed? If Law enforcement officers or agents have no responsibility for their actions, what’s the point? Now the Bovino files will simply be buried in some department, lost to the world, and another public servant Criminal can go on to commit different crimes in a new area of life.
