The other day, I thought this entire mess was like something from Looney Tunes but the sheer stupidity of all of this makes me think that you could pick a random person from the street and they would do a much better job than world leaders and all their offices, who sit on nuclear weapons while committing war crimes and hiding the truth.

Trump will probably have a field day with this. This is definitely not going to help Ukraine since the EU will be forced to start buying Russian oil/gas again

  3. This isn’t really their conflict. Why would any other country be blamed for this? Israel tugged on our strings and we got played, actions have consequences.

But Trump said they were probably going to help because Macron said so.
Trump is such a goddamn LIAR

  5. Trump is always one step ahead in the mind games. Even if they wont take part in the operations Europe or NATO should say: We are going to defend our allies and partners 100%. And don’t get caught on Trumps trap.

Didn’t France say they’d escort ships through? This is like the early days of Ukraine, long on rhetoric short on follow through

The EU doesn’t need it open and neither does the US.

Asia should take care of it since 80% of their oil and gas is imported via the strait of Hormuz.

I’m not sure why Trump is so hellbent on getting it back open.

I’m not saying we should do this, but I imagine if the US said that we didn’t care if the Strait of Hormuz was closed that their answer might change.

Only one of these nations produces enough oil both to support its needs and to export and it’s certainly not France.

  9. This war is truly the most magnificent of deals if you expect to die within 5 years and don’t give a rats ass about anything happening after that.

This man is running the equivalent of a cocaine hooker party with his country while selling the antique furniture he inherited that was build up piece by piece over decades for scraps to keep it going in the short term.

He knows full well he will never even live in the country that comes afterwards. Not for long anyway.

The EU and NATO nations need to all Collectively leave Trump and his moron administration to wallow in their middle east quagmire.

  11. These types of headlines from France, the UK or NATO in relation to the US would have sounded unreal just two years ago. But now they are normal. Trump has managed to alienate most nations through all his humiliation, threats of annexation and random tariffs. Good strategy there, Don. Why don’t you call Carney „governor“ one more time or hand out another tariff? I’m sure that’ll fix it.

These are the responses Trump wants so he can stage a false flag attack on US soil to invoke them NATO articles

    >Trump, speaking at a White House event on Monday, said he had spoken to Macron, giving him an „8 out of 10“ score on his stance towards getting allies to unblock the Strait of Hormuz, and suggested Macron would join U.S.-backed efforts.

you mean, trump lied?? not possible!

Yet yesterday Trump said France was going , during the press conference, & he gave Macron an 8/10 for deciding to help the US.

What’s the point of escorting ships only after hostilities and violence have died down. So once there is peace, only then we will protect the ships? Doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of the escort in the first place? Wouldn’t the whole point of negotiations be not needing these escorts?

It’s like TACO has Stepped on a Rake

    (Hey How’s the DOW)

NATO IS NOT Trump’s Personal Army

Seniors voted to gut Social Security

Men voted for their wives and daughters to die from miscarriages

    Immigrants voted for deportation raids

Poor people voted for tax cuts for Billionaires

Women voted to have fewer rights than men

Police voted for a convicted felon

Veterans voted for a draft dodger who called them suckers and losers

And after insulting NATO he asks for their help

Just thought we might need to review this:

Impeachment vs Impeachment and Removal : 218 votes in the House only impeaches (formally accuses), but it’s a two-thirds majority in the Senate required for conviction and removal from office, meaning a President must be convicted by that supermajority to be forced out, not just impeached. The House’s 218 votes (a simple majority) is just the first step, leading to a Senate trial where a 2/3 vote is needed for removal; if they don’t get those votes, the President stays in office.
