      This shows that corruption and the soviet way is still present in many heads, even in high positions. The difference is that Ukraine is actively doing something about it. News like this are good, it shows the anti-corruption campaign works.

      You cannot stop corruption completely, but you can prosecute it and weed it out. That is the benefit of a democracy.

      This is the power of democracy in action, moments like this are proof that the Ukrainian people are dedicated to shedding the mantle of corruption they inherited from their soviet and russian oppressors
