Im Vorfeld der Gespräche mit anderen Außenministern am Montag in Brüssel wies Sikorski auch auf die Option der Türkei hin, Konsultationen gemäß Artikel 4 der NATO anzustreben, und sagte, dass bisher keine derartigen Bündnisverfahren eingeleitet worden seien.
