      I don’t really understand where the crime is here. I’m certain it wouldn’t have this response if he was calling for death to the Russian army for example.

      I understand it’s unacceptable to issue death threats but this is obviously not credible. The audience isn’t going to turn into a militia and fly to Israel are they?

      I might be missing something though

      Should be more worried about the amount of people at the pro Iran government rally , but calling it the al quds day rally is a good deflection.

      Regardless of your view on Israel, Iran, Palestinians or Gaza, i found the following line concerning:

      “The spokesperson said that in cases where the evidence is not sufficient, the CPS works with police to identify what more can be done to meet the threshold for charging.”

      I thought the CPS is meant to be independent of the police to avoid conflict of interest ?
