The unions should have gotten their act together on this about two years ago. The creepy crawl of the return to office and anchor days increasing has gotten us in the situation we are in now with awful congestion and a total unequal distribution of access to remote work.

Great they are kicking off over it now, but for fuck sake – if they couldn’t see this as the win of the century for workers and act to protect it – then their leaderships would want to flush their fucking head down the toilet and wake the fuck up.

Fuck that. Fair enough if employee’s whom are required to travel as their respective jobs cannot be done remotely get a tax break or some fuel costs back.

We are forced back in full time from April 1st, after remote since march 2020… profits and shares up, everything ruining well, but we need to be able to meet face to face every day all of a sudden…

I have to attend the office two days a week for no other reason than to tick a box for in office attendance. Most days I’ve no personal interactions with colleagues. My job can be done fully remote. Its sheer management nonsense not to allow those that want to work fully remote to do so.
