Er war ein Raketenwissenschaftler und war dort von 1957 bis 1960 stationiert (glaube ich). Ich habe ihn sehr geliebt. Endlich hatte er die mentale Kraft, seinen Fußschrank zu durchsuchen. Offensichtlich mochte er Ihr Bier. (Wenn diese Familie ihren Brief hier sieht, wissen Sie außerdem, dass er Sie so sehr geliebt und geschätzt hat!)

      She would have spoken an written exactly the same way. 😂

      As I see a lot of stuff from around Trier, your uncle may have been stationed at one of the rocket bases around Hahn, Spangdahlem or Bitburg.

      With Bernkastel and Luxemburg, i would say Bitburg.

      Edit: just read the Letter.

      Kaifenheim is a village nearby my home place and Neef isn’t far either. No idea what a rocken dude might have lost there…. but Büchel Luftwaffe AB.
