      I almost miss the age of the Howard Hughes billionaires, or even the Jeffrey Epstein billionaires, where they knew they were nuts, if not outright psychopathic, and the lunacy all took place behind closed doors. Yes, really awful stuff happened, both to individuals and wider groups, but at least there was still some kind of shame, or at least fear of repurcussions.

      What we have now is a Cult of the Ultrarich, in which they, and apparently a lot of common folk, have bought into the notion that having very large bank accounts confers some sort of metaphysical, religious and even more mundane economic insight. These are seriously mentally ill people that, if they didn’t have legions of lawyers and sycophants, would either be in some sort of active treatment, or raving on the street corner while people nervously moved around them.

      If there is to be any restoration of reason, it’s going to have to come with removing these peoples‘ influence, and likely most of their money. It either happens in an orderly fashion, as when Teddy Roosevelt went on a trust busting quest, or it’s going to be French Revolution style.

      I’m sorry, let me get this straight, Thiel is opposed to anyone that wants to avoid a major disaster like nuclear winter or a global crisis caused by weather. He is warning that anyone opposing that would be evil, anyone wanting to preserve life is evil. I’m… what? How can anyone believe this with a serious face.

      Lets take his evangelical fiction (because the antichrist was very likely Nero Caesar) with devils advocate, so if there is an antichrist, the Bible says nobdy knows the time or place. It says the antichrist will rise up and deceive the masses into thinking evil is good and good is evil basically. Isn’t that basically what MAGA and these techbros are doing? It’s not even twisting the truth, they flat out lie and it is easily proven that they are lying.

      Speaking of anti-AI, it’s interesting that’s also a concern of his, because AI would be exactly what an antichrist would use to trick the masses. If anything the description would match him or Trump. They hold earthly powers. Jesus didn’t come to earth as a billionaire afterall.
