      Is there anything to be said for another report and consultation?

      It doesn’t have time for them, but don’t think for a moment we’re not fully capable of tying ourselves in legal knots for decades and shooting ourselves in both feet.

      We’ll blame the government we elected and the ESB who were repeatedly ignored no doubt when the lights go off.

      Just adopt a law that all GAA scores will be weighted by renewable output per county and/or parish.
