I understand that overwhelming any system that’s not ready for it can be a major issue, but this ain’t some huge number. With some planing and a little more budget, they’ll be able to easily sort out something as relatively minor as this.

its 340 students. I know this country likes to portray itself as this tiny country but the population is 120+ million. This is not an issue of scary foreigners flooding into the country like the headline is trying to make it sounds like. As usual its a management issue.
