Ss: U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday called on nations to send warships to keep the Strait of Hormuz open ‌for shipping as Iranian forces continue their retaliation campaign amid U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran.

  2. Alright , please europe send the bills to USA . EVERY LAST DOLLAR plus interest for the extra price at the pump . They more than deserve it

  3. This is embarrassing that entire post makes zero sense logically

As a reminder Trump said just a few days ago on the UK that the US „don’t need people that join wars after we’ve already won“[(Link)](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c9dn3j04lydo)

And now because he can’t secure shipping he’s now wanting the UK to send ships but also he wants China, Japan and France to send ships too.

Even though „we have already destroyed 100% of Iran’s military capability“

What’s really happened is that Trump has realised this isn’t going to be an easy fight, he’s seen that his navy can’t keep the strait open and secure, its sending global markets into turmoil and he wants an off ramp. So when the economy goes down the pan he can say it wasn’t his fault but it was Europe for not sending the support to keep the strait open…. that only closed after he started a war

  4. Other nations urges Trump to stfu. Deal with your own mess. You wanted this war, you pay for it.

Why? He’s already declared victory. Maybe he should employ the Epstein files as a distraction.

Can the „allies“ stay „a bit back from the front lines“ like he said of NATO troops in Afghanistan?

Israel has a navy, right? Surely they can move to Hormuz and clear any Iranian resistance. The war, after all, is already won, right?

Let me break this and make you clean up the mess. Typical Trump and MAGA shit.

  9. Wait a minute we have been told the U.S. must spend $ Trillions on the US Navy: „To keep the sea lanes open“ The U.S. Navy’s fleet is expected to include 11 nuclear-powered Gerald R. Ford-class (CVN) with a construction cost of $13 billion each. It is one of the world’s most advanced and expensive warships.  Public estimates for operating a full U.S. Carrier Strike Group (CSG)—including the carrier, 60-80 aircraft, five surface combatants (cruisers/destroyers), and a fast-attack submarine—place the daily operating cost for a single U.S. carrier strike group to $8 million per day.
