    Hilfe beim Übersetzen einer handschriftlichen Notiz

    Ich habe auf einem deutschen Flohmarkt eine Fotozeitschrift aus dem Jahr 1949 gekauft und darin diesen handgeschriebenen Brief (?) gefunden. Können Sie mir bei der Übersetzung helfen?

      Paracetamol, 3 times daily, after a meal. Follow with a copious amount of water.

      It’s not a complete letter. It’s starting mid sentence but sure give me about an hour and I’ll write it up.
